To access our online meditation courses, è necessary to register on our website. Once registered, you will receive an email with login instructions and a direct link to the purchased courses.
If you encounter technical issues during a course, we invite you to contact our technical support through the appropriate form on the website or by sending an email. We usually resolve issues within 24 hours.
To participate in the online sessions, you need an internet-connected device, such as a computer or tablet. It is also recommended to have headphones for a better audio experience and to use a yoga mat during practical exercises.
Yes, the lessons are recorded and available for replay at any time. You can access the recordings through your reserved area on our website.

Recordings are never sent via email; they remain saved in your account, following the path below:
- Click on “My Courses” from the top menu
- Select the course you want to view
- From the left menu select “Lessons”
- Choose the recording you want to watch by double-clicking
- The video loads in the center of the page, press play ▶

It's true, but it's not possible for us to change it, however don't worry, it's not a problem because it does not affect your access to the lessons and recordings
Nothing, you just have to wait a couple of days for the accounting to register it and then you should receive an automatic email notifying you that you can access the course
You automatically receive it 3 times: when you register, on the day of the course, and one hour before it starts.
If you can't find the emails, check your spam folder. Otherwise, log into your profile, select “My courses” from the top menu, select the relevant course and click on it. Once inside the course, from the left menu select “Zoom link” and double-click on the link.
These are emails that the site sends automatically in certain cases, for example the zoom link for
all courses, besides always being available on the course page within your profile, is
also sent as a reminder to your personal email address a couple of times before the
course starts or before each lesson. Or, as in this specific case, when payment is made by
bank transfer it is reminded that access to the course will only be possible once the payment is
visible from our accounting which will unlock access based on the necessary technical timing.
There are cases where the email arrives even if payment was made by another method, in this case
do not worry, your access is still guaranteed.
You probably have a problem with the cache memory which is full and therefore they are blocked. You need to
clear it and the videos will start working again. If you are using a PC, just press the keys
CONTROL(ctrl) F5 simultaneously. If you are using another device and don't know how to do it, search on
GOOGLE or any other search engine or AI by typing “how can I clear the cache on (device name e.g. IPHONE, ANDROID, etc..)
If, after clicking on it and reaching the end of the registration, you do not find the pay button, or the screen
turns white and similarly you cannot complete the purchase, you should try refreshing the
page with the refresh button at the top left. It is an arrow forming a circle, next to the Home button,
which depicts a house. Click refresh, you do not need to re-enter all your data, you should only
click forward until you reach payment.
